Lopez keeps you entertained throughout
This show feels much bigger than one might expect from the moment you walk in. At first, given the song selection, the excellent cover band playing who may seem as though they could be some second rate fill-in, but if you give it a moment, their energy is infectious. By the time the show officially "starts", you'll find yourself charged up.
Once Greek did come out, he was hilarious. Despite the familiarity with many of the bits, much of his act is a repeat of the act you've undoubtedly seen on HBO (if you haven't, you're in for an especially hilarious night). I was nevertheless sore from laughing by the end of his set.
Then out comes Greek's opener, whose name eludes me, but who was extremely funny. I remember thinking by the time he went off stage, that I had laughed all I could laugh even before Greek took the stage.
They know what they're doing, and a well-timed intermission is placed between the warm-up guy and Greek.
All around, a great night.
